F. James Kelty, 84, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away on April 30, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol Kelty; and his parents Frank and Helen (Liddy) Kelty. He is survived by his sisters Jeanne (Albert) Heinberg of Prescott, Helen Elmslie of Bloomingdale, Illinois; niece Ann (Douglas) Bakshis; grandniece Ellee Piechowski of Woodridge, Illinois; and special friends Tom and Lynn Cartmill of Alaska. Interment will be in Chicago at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
