Meet Our Staff
Henry Clarence “Butch” Hampton, Jr., is the owner of Hampton Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A graduate of the California College of Mortuary Science, he is a licensed funeral director and embalmer for the state of Arizona. Butch also served 5+ years as a combat medic in the US Army National Guard. He is a member of the Arizona Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
Butch was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona. Being well known for his generosity and active participation in the Prescott community, he served as president for the Prescott Frontier Days rodeo, and the Yavapai Silent Witness organization, where he is currently a board member.
Philip Brooks, a resident of Prescott, Arizona is a Funeral Arranger here at Sunrise Funeral Home and Crematory. Philip is a graduate of Connecticut School of Broadcasting and attended Wilcox Tech School in Meriden, CT. Philip as been an Arizona resident for more than 36 years, and with more than 15 years in the funeral profession, Philip maintains an Arizona Embalmers Assistant and Cremationist license. Philip is a family man and very active in his church, and his community.
Heather Gutkowski, a resident of Prescott Valley, AZ, is a graduate from Mesa Community College's Mortuary Science program. She is an Embalmer and Funeral Arranger, as well as a licensed Translator and Notary Public. Heather has a Master of Arts in Education degree and volunteers as an English as a Second Language teacher. She is also a Licensed Cremationist and an ordained Minister.
